The campsite is located in the green outskirts near the city of Brussels. It is a small and charming place, where you are always welcome either with a tent, a caravan or a motorhome. We only have pitches for tourists.

All the pitches offer at least 80m2 and provide possibilities for electricity hookup ( 10 amp ). All tents, caravans and motorhomes are welcome on our campsite. A large field just for tents and special pitches for motorhomes on hard standings are available. Easily accessible disposal areas for ( chemical ) waste and for watering are at your disposal.

The spacious and modern sanitary unit is heated during colder periods of the year. It provides you with all possible facilities and is cleaned at least once a day. Showers and washing facilities have both cold and hot water ( included in our day-tarif! ). A special bathroom and shower for disabled people, as well as a baby-room are included. A washing machine and a dryer may be used at an extra fee.

At a distance of 200 m. from the campsite you will find a busstop to go to Brussels. With the exception of the Sunday morning buses are scheduled every hour.

The center of the village of Grimbergen is within walking distance of the campsite. Next to the campsite are several good restaurants.

At about 1 km. away the Thermae Grimbergen offer you a spa-center for the whole family with sauna, swimming pool, massage, etc.

How to get there:

Take exit nr. 7 ( Grimbergen ) on the Ring-motorway around Brussels. Follow the signs " Centrum " ( town center ) and the small yellow signs indicating " camping " until you reach the junction with the busstation. Turn right at these traffic lights and continue about 800 m. until you get at the second traffic lights on this main road. Then turn left and follow the street for about 800 m. The campsite will be on your right hand.

How to reach the capital Brussels from the campsite:

At 200m from the campsite with bus NR 232 to the North Station. There is a bus every hour, except on sundaymorning.

Le camping se situe dans le " corridor vert " qui entoure la ville de Bruxelles. Le camping est petit, mais charmant et nous acceptons aussi bien les tentes, les caravans que les camping-cars. Le terrain dispose uniquement d'emplacements pour les touristes.

Tous les emplacements disposent d'une surface d'au moins 80m2. Ils sont tous délimités et numérotés. Le camping offre également une partie herbeuse, destinée uniquement aux tentes. Les camping-cars peuvent utiliser des emplacements sur sol dur, pourvus d'un branchement électrique ( 10 amp. ). Un point spécial pour le vidange des eaux grises et noirs se trouve à proximité. Le revitaillement en eau potable est également possible et compris dans notre tarif.

Le bloc sanitaire est spacieux, moderne et chauffé au cours de l'avant et arrière saison. Il offre toutes les facilités et le nettoyage se fait au moins une fois par jour. Les douches et les lavabos ont de l'eau froide et chaude qui sont compris dans le tarif. Une partie spécialement réservée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, comprennant douche, toilette et lavabo est également disponible. D' autre part vous pouvez disposer d'une salle de bain séparée pour les soin des bébés.

Une machine à laver le linge, ainsi que un sêche-linge peuvent être utilisées moyennant un supplément.

A 200 m. du camping se trouve un arrêt de bus, qui vous emmène au centre de la ville de Bruxelles. Départ toutes les heures de la journée, sauf le dimanche matin. 

Le centre de notre village de Grimbergen est situé à quelques 800 m. Tous les dimanches matins un petit marché local est organisé à coté de l'église. Tout près du camping vous trouverez quelques bons restaurants. Au centre du village trouve le " Thermae Grimbergen ", un centre wellness vous proposant le sauna, une piscine, les massages, etc.

A l' accueil du camping vous pouvez vous procurer toute sorte d'informations touristiques et notamment une série de visites intéressantes, des promenades à pied ou à vélo.

Plan d'acces:

Prenez la sortie nr. 7 ( Grimbergen ) sur le Ring de Bruxelles. Suivez les panneaux indiquant " centrum " ( centre ville ) et les petits panneaux jaunes " camping " jusqu'au feu tricolore à coté de la station d'autobus. Tournez ensuite à droite et continuez jusqu'au deuxième feu tricolore dans cette rue principale. Puis vous tournez à gauche pour trouver le camping à votre droite après 800 m.

Acces à Bruxelles:

A 200m du camping vous pouvez prendre chaque heure l'autobus ( NR 232 ), sauf le dimanche matin jusqu'a la Gare Du Nord à Bruxelles.

De camping is een oase van rust in de groene rand rond Brussel. Het is een kleine, maar gezellige camping, waar zowel kampeerders met tent, maar ook met een caravan of camper welkom zijn.  De camping beschikt uitsluitend over staanplaatsen voor toeristen. De exploitatie van de camping is in handen van de familie Chrispeels.

De afgebakende en genummerde staanplaatsen hebben tenminste een oppervlakte van 80 m2 en bieden de mogelijkheid van een electrische aansluiting ( 10 amp. ). De plaatsen op het voor tenten gereserveerde terrein zijn niet genummerd. Voor campers zijn er speciale verharde kampeerplaatsen, die vanzelfsprekend ook voorzien zijn van stroomaansluitingen. In de onmiddellijke nabijheid hiervan vind U tevens een lozingspunt voor afvalwater en chemisch toilet, alsmede een kraan voor drinkwater.

Het moderne sanitair gebouw is ruim van opzet en verwarmd. Het sanitair wordt minimaal dagelijks schoongemaakt en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Alle wastafels en douches zijn uitgerust met drukstopmengkranen. Warm water is bij het dagtarief inbegrepen! Verder zijn een toilet- en doucheruimte voor mindervaliden, alsook een aparte baby verzorgingsruimte aanwezig. Een wasmachine en een droogautomaat zijn tegen extra betaling eveneens beschikbaar.

Op 200m van de camping bevindt zich een bushalte, waar ieder uur een bus richting het centrum van Brussel stopt. De bus rijdt dagelijks met uitzondering van de zondagochtend.

Het dorpscentrum van Grimbergen ligt op wandelafstand van de camping. Direct naast de camping zijn er enkele goede restaurants, waar U uitstekend kunt eten en de plaatselijke specialiteiten kunt proeven. Op zondagochtend wordt in het centrum, rond de basiliek een markt gehouden. Tevens bevinden er zich naast de camping ook nog enkele restaurants.

In het centrum van het dorp ligt het wellness-centrum " Thermae Grimbergen ", al waarvoor het hele gezin allerlei mogelijkheden worden aangeboden op het gebied van sauna, zwemmen, massages, enz.

Bij de receptie van de camping vind U talrijke toeristische brochures, maar eveneens een aantal uitgestippelde fiets - en wandelroutes in de omgeving, die vele bezienswaardigheden biedt.

Routebeschrijving:

Neem afrit / uitrit nr 7 ( Grimbergen ) op de Ring van Brussel. Ga richting " centrum " van Grimbergen en volg de gele bordjes met vermelding " camping " tot aan de stoplichten bij het busstation. Sla nu rechtsaf de hoofdstraat in en rij door tot de tweede stoplichten, waar U links afdraait. U bent nu in de Veldkantstraat en na ongeveer 800 m. vind U de ingang van de camping aan uw rechterhand. 

Busverbinding naar Brussel:

Op 200m van de camping is de bushalte voor bus NR 232, die u rechtstreeks naar het Brussels Noordstation zal brengen. De bus komt dagelijks elk uur langs behalve op zondagvoormiddag.
